Anabel Cardenas Dugal teaches Hatha Yoga for all levels in small group settings, and privately upon request. She always encourages her students to move within a safe range of motion and to know and respect their limits and honor that we all grow at our own pace.
Anabel's yoga classes address the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual life of a human being.
"I paint primarily in watercolor but recently have been exploring acrylics and mixed media. I am interested in using color to express the essence of my subject, rather that trying to make my pictures look completely realistic. The intense color expresses the emotional involvement I feel with my subject. My paintings are colorful celebrations of the natural world."
Fringe festivals have a tradition of showcasing the untraditional, the experimental, the unexpected.
